So the resting pit to pit hanging on a hanger is 21” - it stretches to 28” - the waist where the cinch is at sits at 19” - I think it will all depend on how you like to wear your tops (: this would be a looser fit, but I believe it’s supposed to sit like that, more loose and flowy. Hope this helps!
