Nice pre-owned western faux wrap skirt with fringe, beautiful cut out detail in the front and fully lined. The skirt is a size XL and has an elastic waistband in the back. The waist measures 17 1/2” across unstretched; length including fringe 34”, the fringe itself is approximately 12” long. The skirt is a nice chocolate color although some of the pictures distort the color a little.
