♡Bebe Black & Pretty Grey Ruffled Dress♡

This bebe dress is so pretty, just very short, about 30 inches from shoulder to hem. I am 5'5" and the skirt ruffled part has a slight elastic inside that fits right under my bum and for me personally it's too short, since that's where the skirt ruffles stop. But a younger lady can wear it and get away with it. The right style of skirt extender could make longer and still offers welcome!!
