🌺Vintage Sterling & Garnet Ring

Beautiful vintage sterling silver and genuine Garnet ring accented with clear simulated diamonds. Most likely from the 1980’s, he Garner is a deeper red with a hind of maroon/plum. The stone is a faceted oval with three small clear stones on either side. The setting itself has a lot of gold around it. It isn’t 100% coverage, yet adds interest and contrast. The ring shank is a simple shape and silver. I am not sure if the whole ring was gold plated at once or if it was always meant to be the one area. If the buyer prefers, I can remove as much gold as possible and make the entire ring silver. Or leave it the same! There are some minor surface scratches. Please refer to photos for details and condition. It is a size 8.25, is stamped 925 BBC. Rings like this were popular birthday or graduation gifts from a parent/s to their daughter! Will write boxed or in a jewel rep pouch. Includes a free polishing cloth.
