Vintage Monte Rosa, Mode de Paris | Embroidered cardigan with floral detailing

Very unique, and in beautiful condition! Has adorable embroidery detailing on front. I cannot find any information regarding the brand of this cardigan or when it was made. There are no other tags other than the one pictured. No size tag and no material or care instructions tag. The size is either a Small or Extra Small. If interested, I can give measurements.
