Never worn, in like new condition. 100% cotton. To be honest, I can’t tell if these stripes are midnight blue and white or black and white. I lean towards midnight blue, but if it’s blue, it’s a very dark blue. Tie front, three quarter length puff sleeves, jewel neck, slightly cropped length. Cute ties at front. Size XL, relaxed fit.

Thank you so much! Just to clarify, the length of the top is measured from the shoulder line to the hemline, correct? Sorry for all the questions! If it’s shorter than 23”, it won’t fit me & I think this is an adorable top!
