SCOTCH & Soda - Scotch R'Belle Patterned Leggings size XS 12/152. 27” inseam

Vibrant leggings with a bold floral and paisley pattern. Features shades of orange, blue, and black. I ordered these in an Xsmall women I received a 12!! I believe these are childre(??) They fit waist wise but I wanted 29” inseam these are 27” not too bad but not what I was looking for Hip to hip 11.5” unstretched laying flat Inseam approximately 27” Front rise about 8” Not sure if women or children (?) was told women’s and can’t send back now! 12/152 is the size on the tag
