For Love and Lemons blouse pink floral

Pretty and feminine tie front crop top. I purchased NWT on posh and it came with a few black marks along the collar (pictured). Loved the top so I kept it anyway. I’ve tried to get them out and they’ve faded a bit, but I don’t think they’re very noticeable when worn. Price reflects.
