An in excellent condition vintage “Pendleton Woolen Mills” Portland Oregon 100% Virgin Wool skirt, made in the U.S.A. An amazing thick quality wool tartan in bold rare colours. Two pleats on either front hip, one vent at centre back bottom, fully lined. Side button closure, hidden side seam pockets. Marked a size 16, closer to a modern size 12 and is listed as such.
