Black canvas espadrilles from torrid. Lace up, closed toe and a platform that measures almost 1.5 inches all around. These have been tried on indoors a few times by me, but have never been used. Size is 9.5 W - just marked as a 9.5, but all of Torrid's shoes automatically come in a wide width.
