Vintage Wagon Wheels circle skirt southwestern aztec cowgirl

Very cute vintage Wagon Wheels circle skirt! Elastic waist with a tiered and slightly flared hem. Skirt has been gently worn, just has a spot with a few popped stitches (Its double stitched so there is no hole). Size medium, doesn't say juniors but it does run small. Would fit a size XS best but waist does stretch a few inches.
