100% cotton, great condition, no stains or tears. Very soft cotton. No size listed, but I recall that I had to search far and wide for huge sleep sacks given my boy was very tall and wore sleep sacks while he was 2 years old. I’d guess 18m-24m or XL Selling another that we used and that is similar size.
