fbraniger @mlguyder looks like it’s 14 in at the waist. There is also an elastic waistband. Ever I took a measurement of the length and it looks like it’s just a little over 29 inches. Depending on where the skirt rests on you, the hips will be at different places for different people. However, I went a couple inches down from the waist and it measured 15 inches. Keep in mind the waist and hip measurement I’m taking is across so multiply that by two.
