V-neck at the front with a modesty snap closure. Elastic at the waist with a light ruffle around the waistband. Single button closure at the cuffs. Top part is unlined, skirt part is lined. Size 36, which is equal to a United States size small. Dress comes with an additional New necklace. Necklace itself is valued at $40-$50. Gold toe metal chain with several retro look beads. Pit to pit flat across is 21 inches with stretch to 23 inches. Length of dress is 37 inches. This would quite possibly fit a medium as well.
