Ahhhh I can't believe Sundance catalog is no more. This Y2K style cargo skirt is new without tags (still has button hang tag). It didn't fit me right, but I love it! The size is 4 but I put 2 or 4 because it could also fit a 2. Waist: 13.8" across. I'd say more like 13" across. Length from waist: 33.5". 100% cotton twill. Soft and flowy. I wish this skirt fit me :(
