I'm going to help you here. I have several pairs of Paul Green which I bought for great prices on auction websites. These show size 6 UK on the sole. Paul Green sizing chart equates that to size 8 1/2 US. 2 1/2 sizes larger than the UK. I know that because I have several pairs in size 9 UK which is size 11 1/2 US for women. You might want to change your listing size from 11 1/2 to size 8 1/2. Good luck!
