Re: the size. Immediately to the right of the “Francy” label on the insole, you should see a tonal (therefore hard to see) imprint of the EU size (above that will be imprinted “Genuine Leather. Made in Italy”. Alternatively, if you remove the insole, you should see the same 2-digit size number printed in black ink on the actual sole of the sneaker. In this location, it is usually accompanied by another 3 or 5 digit model and/or color identifier. Hope that helps.
