This is a custom made vintage style skirt from Hearts and Found. I'd highly suggest looking them up on Etsy. the tag says size small but please refer to measurements. waist is just under 13" across. could probably accommodate a 26" waist comfortably (it did for me) but not past that. I love this skirt but it no longer fits :( 18.5 inches long 100% cotton a red and dark navy plaid. Has pockets! very full and flattering. Open to reasonable offers. Bundle and save on shipping.
