Vintage late 90s Y2K popcorn magic bubble super stretchy shirt by FC. T-shirts are designed to fit most regular sizes. They’re difficult to measure because when they’re off the dress form or body they scrunch up to a tiny size but they will stretch out dramatically. This one has no stains or holes and is in shades of black, pink, green and blue. I think there’s some gray in there as well and maybe a little purple. I think the pattern looks like an abstract Munch Starry Night landscape
