usa98 Can this fit a size 29-30 inch waist oversized and baggy or would be too big?

di_lite @usa98 As it is, it would likely be big. But there are those little side straps that can be cinched in some to tighten it up a little. They would definitely be baggy. I just worry that about them just not being able to come in enough on the sides. I wish I had a definitive answer for you.
