Vintage Velvet Chiffon Long Sleeve Maxi Dress Floral Applique Blue White

Long sleeve maxi dress with a layered chiffon skirt and blue velvet top. Floral applique to the chest and cuffs. Sheer sleeves. Zips up the back. I think the skirt and sleeves are silk, with an acetate lining, though I can't be 100% sure. Preowned with a bunch of little stains and rips along the bottom hem. I have note stain treated because I'm afraid of ruining the fabric.
