I believe you have the wrong size on these shoes a 39 is not 7 1/2. I think that's like a size 9 and that would be too big for me. Just thought I'd mention it so you can check to make sure.

no, no they’re not. They are definitely not a 39. It may say that, but I wear a 7 1/2 and they fit me perfect
