🪷Perfect Mother's Day Gift!🌺 This homey, patriotic lap quilt features Belle Isle fabric by Minick & Simpson for Moda Fabrics. Designs are large and small floral bouquets, stars, US flags, paisley and dots. The quilting is machined in a straight line along the length of the quilt. The front features a "brick and half-brick" staggered pattern, and the entire back fabric is navy stars on a cream background. Binding is navy blue with small red flowers. The colors are vivid and gorgeous on this quilt and will look stunning with any Americana decor. All quilts are handcrafted by me (Elle K Em) on a regular sewing machine for the entire process. They are one-of-a-kind using 100% cotton quality fabrics mostly from online fabric shops. Batting is by The Warm Company from cotton fiber grown and processed in the US, and all thread is 100% cotton Aurafil made in Italy. Quilts are not washed prior to shipping. The process of washing will create that softness everyone loves and desires. Washing instructions provided in photos and also sent with each quilt. Some shrinkage may occur and is normal. It is highly recommended to use a color catcher when laundering this quilt. Since these quilts are handcrafted, slight flaws and variations may occur, which is normal. Colors may appear different on different computers and in person. The price reflects approximate cost of materials and does not include the time it took to make. Made with care in my smoke-free home.
