Excellent like new condition. I am the first owner and purchased directly from P&S. I'm only selling because the 30 isn't my preferred style, and I have to get real with myself that the colors aren't flattering for me. It's been worn only once, for about 6 hours while I was at work indoors in an office environment. This dress is 100% linen, has pockets, and still has its waist tie. It was last washed by hand with original Woolite and air dried on a drying rack (I'm happy to rewash in Soak Yuzu and air dry again before shipping if requested, but that will add additional time to processing). The linen still feels crisp and new on this one, and as far as I can tell there are no flaws (no pilling, odors, stains, or fading). All buttons are present and secure, but there are some loose threads present. The linen has a few prominent slubs (most noticeable on the L bodice about 1.5" from the placket). Amateur measurements are as follows: PTP: 17.5" waist: 15.5" shoulders: 14" sleeve openings: 7" length, high shoulder (neckline) to hem: 39" length, high shoulder of bodice to waist: 14" length, waist to hem: just shy of 25" waist tie: 38" Please ask if you have any questions, I'm happy to help.
