Old Navy Blue and White Striped Dress

This blue and white striped dress from Old Navy is in fair condition. There IS some slight discoloration near the pits as pictured unfortunately. However, the dress is clean and recently rewashed and the discoloration is not noticeable while worn. The dress is in good condition and super cute/flattering otherwise! Waist measurement is about 16" and pit to pit measurement is about 17"
