Vintage Black Velvet Long Dress Handmade Small? XS? See Rough Measurements

This is a Stunning Vintage Handmade Long Black Velvet Dress! No tags or size so please See My Very Rough Approximate measurements for help with fit. Model normally wears a Small and Sometimes an Extra Small in dresses. I feel the smallest part of the waist just fits me when zipped up but it is too tight- I personally feel it is too small in the waist for me since there really isn’t stretch to this material. I would say it would probably be a better fit on someone with a smaller waist than myself but everything fits everybody differently so you might feel differently. There is loose stitching that could possibly be restitched and there are other imperfections/ flaws since it is used and is vintage. The Zipper could probably use replacing. It works but the weight of the dress has made it tear along zipper and stitching has come loose/ undone. This is lined and it is quite heavy so I can’t bundle this with other items. It could use cleaning but I wasn't sure how to go about it without damaging it. Colors may be off because of lighting. Classy dress for your next dressy winter event or for a Holiday party!
