I've kept the purse flat, which has helped the purse stay fully opened without the sides folding inward. Pics show the area of folding and what it looks like being held up. There is a single-button closure that works with no issues. There is an inner button clip that works and is in great condition. There is an inner, open pocket for added storage. The outer surface of the tote purse is in excellent condition with exception of few scuffs mentioned prior. Straps are in excellent shape with no signs of wear. Measurements vary slightly depending on if measuring at bottom or top of bag being measured. The top flares out so is larger at top.
