Vintage Laurence Kazar Silk Beaded Coctail Dress

This dress feels like a million bucks on! It's old-time glamour that's heavily beaded with lightly padded cap sleeves and sheer peek-a-boo effect both front and back. The front is completely adorned with beaded tassels that match the arms and scalloped hemline. The back is completely covered with sequins and beads. It's extremely weighty for a midi dress because of all the beading. You've got to see the video to appreciate all the shiny movement of the dress! It was worn once in 1996 to a Captain's dinner on a cruise, and has been stored in a garment bag in a smoke free home ever since. Unfortunately, 30 years and 3 children later? Yeah... No! 😄 * *There was one minor flaw when I purchased this dress. It's missing one of the beaded tassels on the neckline in back. It's not really noticeable, but if it bothers you...one can easily be removed from the hem to replace it.
