According to Google Lens, the central piece is a Japanese 1 Sen coin from the Taishō era, specifically year 8, which corresponds to 1919. The back features the governmental 5-7 Paulownia crest in the center, flanked by cherry blossoms, with the date and authority legend below. The bezel features a ring of 6 black enamel and gold-tone dragons.
Rare, I found no examples of this pendant online. In excellent condition, I see no flaws.
This pendant was on display at The Dragon Dreams Museum in Chattanooga, TN, which closed permanently in 2016. I have recently purchased the contents.
