In Fair Vintage condition with no holes, tears, and all closures in-tact
There are numerous stains on both interior and exterior. I've provided detailed photos of these in the last three photos. I suspect these stains are a result of being stored in the southeastern US--high heat and humidity. I did, however, seek the opinion of a reliable dry cleaner who stated that the stains were embedded in the fabric--not removable.

This dress came with a note to family member with special message to future generations--See 5th photo.

Double layer of ruffles along bustline suspended by straps
Fitted bodice with loop/cloth-covered buttons centered from below bust to just below hipline
Basque waistline above a dramatic pleated Maxi-length skirt Unlined
This sumptuous and shiny peach-colored fabric seems to be Rayon
Size provided is a guesstimate, so use measurements provided as your guide to a better fit:

Hi. Do you have higher resolution photos you could share? It's difficult to see details of the stains and fabric and zooming in the photos just get blurrier. I'd also like to be able to see buttons and interior seams if possible. Thanks so much!
