armande38Could you please tell me if the 20" width is measured with the bag lying completely flat from its widest points? Also, could you tell me the strap drop when the bag is hanging naturally? I’m looking for the measurement from the top/center of the shoulder strap straight down to the top opening of the bag. Thank you!
