atomatofl Hi, would you say this is a heavy coat? (I realize that is relative). Just wondering if it’s lighter than a long wool coat, or if it’s similar. I’ve had cashmere coats that are much lighter than they look, and vice versa. Thanks! Are there buttons, or just the tie? I think it’s probably too big, but very pretty.

megamill10 Hi there. This coat has weight and is probably a grade 1 or 2 cashmere level. It is definitely 100% cashmere no label or buttons.

megamill10 Plus the huge collar is double sided cashmere. As far a the weight compared to wool, there are so many different variations and grades.

megamill10 I have a few double sided cashmere coats which are lighter then the coat above. I also have wool coats as far as weight wool verse cashmere the one above is more weight. Any other questions don't hesitate to ask. Cheers

megamill10 As far as the cashmere grade i have a loro piano cashmere and this is absolutely on the same grade. Plus the red cashmere with the mink that I have in my listing is of the same grade and a little lighter in weight but also stunning!
