Antique 1800's KNIGHTS OF PYTHIAS FCB Victorian Ceremonial Sword. This is a Rare Antique 19th Century "Named" Victorian Ceremonial Fraternal KNIGHTS OF PYTHIAS Dress Sword with Scabbard, Circa 1880. This Has a Wire Wrapped Handle with Oval Badge with "Knight on Horse" Cross Guard with a Griffin on Either Side, in High Relief. The Reverse Has FCB, for the Pythian Motto "Friendship, Charity, Benevolence". The Blade is Etched with Fancy Designs, The Blade is Signed by the Maker on the Base "M.C. Lilley & Co. Columbus O". This Has a Knights Head Pommel with Falcon, and Ornate Steel Scabbard with Applied Decorative Trim, and Fancy Tip. The Sword measures approx. 36" Long with a 28 1/2" Blade. The Length Of The Sword in the Scabbard is Approx. 36 1/2" Long. This is Almost One Hundred Fifty Years Old, and in Good Original Condition with Normal Wear From Age, and a Nice Aged Patina, Click and Enlarge Photos for Details.
