amt2313 @catherineswhite The Columbia Ruby Falls Down Long Jacket (Olive Green) is water-resistant (repels light rain/snow), but not waterproof for heavy rain. It’s not marketed as fully windproof, but the puffy down insulation blocks wind better than non-insulated jackets, keeping you warm in cold, dry or lightly wet conditions.
