Yellow Polka Dot Vintage Women's Dress

Stunning golden yellow true vintage polka dot dress with sheer filmy sleeves! Going to tea? A winery? A meeting that could have been an email? This is the fit to shine in, no matter where you are! It is beautifully made, featuring buttons on front and a zipper on the side, along with a button on each cuff. The belt is held in place by belt loops but can be detached completely. The fabric is light and silky. I cannot find any tags, so can't say exactly what the brand or fabric content is. There are some tiny, barely noticeable flaws along the hemline (see photos for examples), and a very subtle spot on the bodice (see final photo) which would probably come out with a little spot cleaning.
