Australian Opal Ring Opalized Belemnite Sterling Silver Colorful Size 9.75

Look at this beautiful design of the ring and the centerpiece is an Opalized Belemnite .This ring is from a retired artist and jewelry maker and was created around 30 years ago. It has never been worn since I purchased it. It looks almost like from a Sci-Fi movie to me. I kept it just to look at because I have never seen anything like this piece before.  It has natural inclusions / hairlines in the fossil. The ring is sterling silver but doesn't have a regular mark.
