Bust: 37”–39.5” 
Waist: 28”–29.5” 
Shoulder: 16.5” 
Arm / bicep: 14.5”
I am a small and it fits me really well the sleeves I cuff up one fold.
I am a little under 5' foot 6" and weigh around 116 pounds. Just an idea.
