Stylish black flared pants. Perfect for any occasion. Navy blue, Size 4R, with a custom tailored 29.5 inch hemmed inseam, 16.5 inch waist band. The pant is mid to low rise as the waistband fits just below my belly button. Button hook clasp closure and zip up with belt loops. I figured I'd put these on for the picture but they are too small as I am a size 6R. I love express...always classy and sophisticated.
