Vintage Timex Mickey Mouse Silver Watch

Charming Mickey Mouse watch with a silver metal band. Features a playful Mickey design on the dial. Vintage 1960s or 1970s timex (but maybe seiko?) Mickey Mouse watch. Automatic. Stretchy metal band. It appears the band and watch face’s back were replaced over time. There is one minor scratch on the watch face but it doesn’t affect the ability to see the time. See photo for scratch. Based on my research this is a timex watch but it came in a seiko box. I have not brought it to a jeweler for verification.
