michaelaklewer I'm a little confused about the measurements. In the pictures, it looks like the handles are short but the measurements in your description say that they are long (9" would be long and 4" short)? And is the bag really size M?

tiffanyheart1 Sorry for the confusion, just measured it to be exact and yes it was incorrect drop handle is 2.4in. Hopefully this helps!

michaelaklewer @tiffanyheart1 I just want to make sure that this is really size M. Sometimes it's hard to tell from the pictures, but the photos look like this is size S. The bag is available in XS, S, M, and L. However, since there is a significant difference in size between S and M, it is very important to me to clarify this question, especially since the manufacturer specifies 4" for the handles of size M.
