Excellent vintage condition, cleaned before posting. Beautiful colored rhinestones, all intact. Rare find, truly vintage, circa 1950s. Design is very similar to Arthur Pepper Art, but brooch is not signed...still beautiful piece of jewelry, unique and precious. 1.75" in diameter.
