One of the inside buttons is different from the other, likely replaced. Wool shell with polyester lining and cotton velour-velvet trim. 2 side pockets This is an open swing coat with 2 inside buttons and a short strap. I do not know how they work or if the strap is original to the coat. If this were my coat I would remove both buttons.
