rebeccah29 @ghazaluv27 Hi! I apologize for the delay. I'm not sure why I didn't see your message. This does run a bit big. I am definitely not a small and it fits me, but it's a little snugger than I would like around the hips. I would recommend you check out the measurements in the photos before you purchase it. However, I don't see that I measured the bottom. The bottom laid flat is apporx 18.75 in across (approx 37.5" around). I hope this information is helpful. Have a great afternoon!
