VTG Jean Halm Women's 14 Red Polka Dot 100% Silk Blouse Neck Tie Velvet Accents

Beautiful vintage 1970's Jean Halm Paris 100% silk blouse with neck tie feature and maroon velvet accents . There is a button missing however the blouse still has the original spare buttons as seen in pictures . There appears to be a small area of discoloration on the necktie but is not visible when tied . Beautiful piece !!!
