Vintage 90s Helene Blake Black Velvet Cocktail Sheath Dress

This lovely Helene Blake dress is velvet, but it's not a deep nap velvet. It's similar to suede-cloth, and sometimes I confuse the two, lol It is only lined at the neckline, but the inner surface of the fabric has a satin look and feel to it. It has only a slight stretch, not much. It is vintage 90s, but classic and timeless. It's the perfect staple for every woman's closet!
