Super cute top with funky parrot print, pleats and ruffles down front, and ruffled peplum hem. Puff short sleeves with ruffled elastic hem. Size labeled 0 but fits like a small. Pit to pit width is 18.5" and length from shoulder to bottom is 23". I removed the tags but never actually wore this top and now it's a little too tight.
