Features a gathered neckline and smocked waist with back coconut shell button closure I cut the material tag as I wanted to wear to an outing but chose another dress - and tag could be seen through material / that’s was a no for me ;) But she is 100% Polyester which is shocking as she feels like 100% silk Featherweight and a perfectly wonderful fit with smocked waist design that will stretch from 12” to 22”! 36” shoulder to hem lying flat, so take two inches off if you want the bunched style so the blouse has a bit of flow as pictured 18” pit to pit - fits like a glove with room to move without the arm holes being too big. They fall beautifully Slightly sheer mainly on bottom / this is not obvious for an evening event but may consider a small slip for daytime event Purchased new at Saks and never wore. Perfect condition She is not steamed but when she is, it highlights the gorgeous pleating detail
