beaniebaybee Hi. The measurements are approximate and done with the dress tied as it came. due to it being able to tie in the back, it allows for more room & the elastic in the bust. Flat measurements : Length from the top hem at cheat longest part of bottom of dress 49” PTP 16” Waist 16” again, it ties in the back, so these measurements can expand or shrink due to the elasticity and tie.
