Making sure the actual jacket is the one in the first picture? The other pictures look like a different version?

Good morning- all of the pictures are of the same jacket. The last pictures shows that you can unzip from the bottom if it is more comfortable sitting. There is an option to tighten back if the coat which is showed. The first pictures is the coat in its natural form without tightening the back. I hope this makes sense. All are of the same coat showing allof the ways it can look.
