Statement Necklace by C est.1946 Brand Jewelry Features 5 front graduated blue discs. The three larger ones are embellished with floral motif of Clear glass rhinestones. Two larger clear stones are attached to these before the paper clip chain in silver tone starts. Necklace measures 16 inches. Center large medallion is about 1" diameter.
